If you are over 16, you can apply to have access to your medical records online. There are several systems that you can use to facilitate this, such as the NHS App, Patient Access, and Evergreen Life.
Having online access allows you to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions and review your personal medical records.
If you are someone who needs a carer to help you, we are able to grant your carer access to limited aspects of your records too.
