Modality and GOQii: A Trusted Partnership for Your Health
We have partnered with GOQii, a leading preventive healthcare company to offer you a FREE personalised health coaching service on your mobile or tablet via the GOQii app.
Your certified health coach will guide you with nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes to support and improve your overall well-being.
Free Mental Health Support Over Christmas and New Year
Feeling unable to cope, worried you may hurt yourself or somebody else and/or experiencing suicidal feelings?
For immediate help If your life – or someone else’s life – is in immediate danger, please call 999 or go to A&E.
For same or next day help – you can get help with your mental health in different ways depending on what you prefer. All services are free.
Call NHS 111 and select the mental health option (also known as the Sussex Mental Healthline) or the Samaritans on 116 123 (both available 24/7)
Visit a Staying Well service (out-of-hours mental health crisis support service for people aged 18+ available in Brighton, Crawley, Eastbourne,
Hastings and Worthing)
Text the word SUSSEX to 85258 (24/7 mental health text-messaging support service)
Download the Stay Alive app – a suicide prevention resource full of useful information and tools to help you stay safe in crisis.
You are not alone. There is a wide library of support available to you across Sussex. If you would like some extra support, please download the Mental Health Signposting document provided by Sussex Health & Care below.

We offer appointments outside of core opening hours on Saturday mornings, alternating across all practice sites. Please contact reception for further details.
Out of Hours and Emergencies
For health information and advice, or if you need medical help fast when we are closed, call NHS 111. NHS 111 is the number to call when you need medical help fast but it’s not a life threatening emergency.
In life threatening emergencies such as chest pain and severe shortness of breath you should call 999
