Staying Well services

Staying Well services in Sussex offer support to people who are experiencing a self-defined mental health crisis (for example, you feel unable to cope, are worried you may hurt yourself or somebody else, and/or are experiencing suicidal feelings). You can refer yourself directly to a Staying Well Service in Brighton & Hove, Crawley, Eastbourne, Hastings, and Worthing and access the service alongside any care you might be receiving. Information about how to access the individual services is detailed below. Staying Well services are run as a partnership between the NHS and voluntary sector partners in Sussex.
