We’re excited to invite you to our Family Health & Fun Day at Judges Close Surgery on Wednesday 17 September, 10.00am – 2.00pm.

This is a walk-in event – no appointment needed.

Children’s Health

• Nasal Flu Vaccinations (ages 2 & 3 years)
• Childhood Immunisations – 12-month and pre-school boosters available
• Meet our local Immunisation Nurse to ask questions or discuss any concerns

Learn & Connect

• Free 30-minute Basic Life Support training (limited places – first come, first served)
• Meet our Social Prescribing Team and find out how they can support you
• Chat with members of our Patient Participation Group and share your feedback on GP services

Fun for Families

• Colouring activities
• Balloons and giveaways
• A chance to meet other families in your community
