Their sessions are for those who wish to understand and alleviate anxiety. A singing group for women in Forest Row. Group Singing: Feel Good, Sing Together! One healthy dose of the good stuff: endorphins, oxytocin, and dopamine. At the same time, cortisol is released (the nasty stress hormone) – magic! Zero experience of singing is needed. No sheet music, no audition, easy and natural. £20 per month.
