📢 Update on Rapid Health Opening Hours and Appointment Bookings 📢

We’re really pleased with the positive way patients have embraced our new system, and we’d like to thank you for all the valuable feedback we’ve received so far – it’s been incredibly helpful! 🙏

To continue providing safe and timely care, we’re slightly adjusting the opening hours of our Rapid Health service to 6am – 4pm Monday to Friday. This change will give our Duty GPs the time they need to thoroughly review and close all clinical cases by the end of each day.

Additionally, we’re pleased to announce an extension to our routine appointment booking window, allowing patients to schedule appointments up to 5 weeks in advance.
